my funny valentine

This morning I walked into the Washington Glass Studio to start the third week of my internship.  After greetings and a few laughs, I sat down with Michael Janis, Rob Kincheloe, Tim Tate and Erwin Timmers for the WGS weekly meeting.

First on the agenda?  Each of the guys whipped out an envelope from their pockets and handed it to me. Valentines! For me!

The look of surprise on my face was similar to the little girl in the valentine above. Lucky me – I’ve got four not-so-secret admirers. Four – count ‘em! Jealous? You should be – these guys rock and they make me feel kinda special. Thanks boys!

{p.s. I’m still working on the project post for this week, but it’s 68 degrees and sunny today in Washington DC. I think I’ll go for a walk first. I can almost smell Spring right around the corner. Hope you are all enjoying your day – be back soon!}
